Jeff Gordon Chevrolet Remodel Project

In May 2008 we were hired to complete the painting portion of the Jeff Gordon Chevrolet Remodeling Project. We were chosen to complete the interior painting which required more time, prep, and skill because of the high quality work expected in the Main Sales Building. This job started three weeks late which cut into the 5 week block we had scheduled. We now only had two weeks to complete the interior and exterior of this job, the contractor agreed to have us concentrate on the important, high quality interior work. We also agreed, time wise, to let the contractor sub the left over, less important work out to another company.

The Customer Waiting Area was also completely remodeled and repainted with Benjamin Moore Super Spec, Interior Latex, with a Satin finish. In addition, were contracted to repaint the tri colored striped wall (not part of the work we were hired to do), several offices off of the Service Bay, the Parts Managers office, and the Service Managers office.

After we finished the Main Showroom, Main Sales Offices, Waiting Area, Main Service Bay, Parts Department, Bathrooms, and Break Rooms, we were done with the original contract. Before we left, were asked to repaint the Presidents Office/Conference Room, Records Department, Training Room, and hallway walls, trim, and doors in the Internet Sales/Detail Building.

The Fourm

We started The Fourm Repainting Project in May 2008 and stayed an extra week to finish other painting work requested by the owners. We repainted 56 columns ranging between 16 - 36 feet tall, and up to 48 inches wide. We received a great reference from Tri Coast Contractors, the maintenance company who hired us for The Fourm Shopping Center Painting Contract.

Originally we were hired to repaint 4 roof access ladders and were eventually hired to complete all painting within the shopping center. In addition, we repainted 30+ trash bin cages, repaired faulty ceiling joints in all store entrances, touched up stucco where repaired or damaged, and 50 ceiling access panels with Benjamin Moore's Industrial Enamel.

HOA Contract Carolina Beach

In April of 2008, a contractor i had submitted an estimate to two weeks earlier, called and asked us to finish the job. Another company started the job, but wasn't finishing quick enough. We painted over 1,100 linear feet of this 7 foot tall rod iron fence, which follows the perimeter of a condominium complex in Carolina Beach.
